On a local level, the National Archives of Tunisia works in collaboration with record-producing bodies and institutions, namely ministries and public enterprises, and documentation and training institutions.

On the international level, the National Archives holds constructive relations with similar institutions, governmental bodies holding relations with archives and non-governmental organizations, and notably the International Council on Archives.
